So, I kinda forgot about this blog.
I hope you can forgive me.
You can?
Great.
Anyway, I've been busy doing science and the like, trying to find a new hobby at the moment too - I really want to do caving, as it fits in with geology quite well, but I also want to do something which doesn't involve rocks in the slightest. Maybe I'll start brewing beer or something - Even though I can't drink it lololol. What else is there? Archery! I'd quite like to do that, I've always wanted to but you know how it is with things like that, rather hard to get into, that's how things like that are. As well as that there are also martial arts, but at the moment I don't want to be thrown around like an old hamster being given the 'Pets at Home special' (Thanks, Rhys).
I don't really have much else to say right now, being at home has been a bore as no one else is here, and organising this trip is becoming a right bitch but it's got to be done so what ever.
The rock bothering is going well, by the way. I'm going to go to an island to map it. So, see you in a month if I come back alive.

Early Morning.
Everybody in the house,
This morning I awoke to the radio. It's now one of my favorite ways of being woken up, as normal alarm clocks just shock me and I wake up in a panic. And let's not even talk about the fire alarm they test every week at 11am on Wednesday.
So, I'm up bright and early! Pleanty of time to get ready for a field trip today to shropshire, I believe we will be looking at limestones or mudstones as apparintly there are oppertunities to find fossils. Which may be problematic as I do not own a geological hammer.
A geological hammer is not as cool as it sounds. It has no special powers such as +4 geologyness.
Also if I didn't mention; I study Geology
Well, now I'm going to go and get ready, if you read this, pray it doesn't rain on us.
Bizz.

Colgate and Creme Eggs.
Good Morning, Internet.
This evening I bought some new toothpaste as the other tube I had, I left at home.
I didn't realise until I got home that this Colgate toothpaste was the same as the very first tube of toothpaste I ever had. It brought back memories. Colgate came to my primary school, or maybe it was the dentists association or something, but they showed us how to brush our teeth properly, and they gave each of us a miniature tube of Colgate original.
I was very protective of my own toothpaste, and I remember it made me feel quite grown up as the only other toothpaste I'd had before was "milk teeth". Pretty awesome stuff.

I remember hiding it from my parents, under the face cloths in the airing cupboard, which now I think of it, was quite a stupid place.
Other than that, Creme Eggs have been on my mind a lot. The Easter season is over and they're slowly but surely dropping in price, soon they will disappear from our shelves until it is time again. All the creme egg products too! Such as Creme Egg McFlurrys, though, I have not eaten one of those this year.
But don't you think they're over priced? 50p each. Sure, they're special, but they're so small. If I wanted to, I could eat one in one bite.
The sun was out today too! Pretty brilliant. I visited a park which is down the road for the first time. It has two paddling pools, a shop which sells ice cream, a skate park, a miniature train, a lake, AND a play park. Seems like a good place for a barbecue.
That's all for today.

Concerning Lemons and Coke.
Dear The Internet.
Today, I google image searched lemons for what must be the 30th time.
I have no idea why I do this, maybe it's because I can't think of anything else to type, or maybe it's because I like lemons a hell of a lot yet am unaware. Or maybe just to check the Internet is still working.
It's always nice to know that the Internet is working.
I do like lemons quite a bit really. A slice of lemon in a glass of coke does more for me than a million ice cubes could do. I'm not sure if you've noticed this, but when I go out, generally they don't ask if I want ice. And when they give me ice, it fills up most of the glass. How cheap is that?
Really. If you go out for a meal, a glass of coke costs anywhere between £1 (Which is the cheapest I have found, and that's at the student union bar I go to) to anything up to £3, and I'm not including the Cinema in that, which could get the price up to £5, but sell it in litres. Still over priced though.
Another thing I've noticed about Coca Cola products is that a can can cost between 50p-80p, a 500ml bottle from 90p-£1.50, and 2 litre bottles are generally about £1:60. Even if they were more expensive, they're still so much cheaper than 500ml bottles, or even cans.
